With remote CO₂ systems AHT provides full turnkey solutions for supermarkets with the natural refrigerant CO₂. ​Due to the complete CO₂ product portfolio AHT is capable to realize full CO₂ installations including cold rooms and room climatization. Compressor, gas cooler, evaporator & condensing units

Direct expansion

We are starting with placing the condensing unit which includes a gas cooler. Depending on the size of our required installation, AHT offers a great variety of compressor units to best suite your market.

The compressor unit is typically installed outside next to the building or on the roof.

This device is the heart of the CO₂ system ensuring the flow of the refrigerant and the execution of the produced heat.

Compressor units with integrated heat recovery function will be explained in more details on a further section.

Vertical freezer & refrigeration units

In the next step we are adding vertical freezer and refrigeration units which are connected to the compressor unit. Various models and configuration allow AHT to supply units perfectly matching your store requirements.

Counters & Semi Vertical units

Now we are placing serve over counters, self-service counters and semi vertical refrigeration units. Various installation options ensure a harmonized market layout designed to meet your individual requirements. All these units are also connected to the compressor unit and are integrated into the CO₂ system.

Cold room aggregates

For medium and low temperature cold rooms, AHT connects the system with CO₂ evaporators for the cold rooms or offers a dedicated CO₂ system for cold rooms. Different units ensure best possible integration depending on the sizes of your cold rooms.

Heat recovery

If there is a need for heat recovery, the system will automatically increase the pressure leading to higher discharge temperature allowing to use the heat for heating purpose.

In some compressor racks AHT offers an included heat recovery system.

Scaling

The remote CO₂ system from AHT is individually planned for your market. For larger sales areas, the individual components are dimensioned so that the system is optimally designed for the intended purpose.

With a broad portfolio of compressor racks and gas coolers, AHT covers the range of 14,5-250 kW for medium temperature and 18-80kW of low temperature in one system. AHT can fulfill higher requirements for hypermarkets and distribution centers due to its fully available and flexible portfolio.

Active Monitoring System

With the Active Monitoring Ticketing System various data (Alarms, Data, Functionality, etc.) is reported to AHT to ensure the best possible operation of the units. The AMS can be setup or connected to an existing system if an interface is provided. With this essential add-on you are on the safe side and AHT supports you in its best possible way.
